- 1 teaspoon of spirulina powder from Hawaii
- dropper-full zinc liquid ionized
- 1 teaspoon extract of barley juice powder
- 3 grams of powdered L-Glutamine
- 1 tablespoon of flaxseed or chia seeds cold-milled
- Probiotic (optional)
- Hand-squeeze the juice from the lemon into a large container.
- To mix, add the remaining ingredients and shake. Immediately drink.
3.Grape Juice Migraine-Busting: Effective homemade natural remedies to Combat Pain
The ingredients: (make 4 servings)
- Fresh planted organic grapes around 7-8 lbs
- Wash and pluck the grapes from their roots.
- Using a high-speed blender to purée the grapes or transfer them through a juicer (a masticating juicer works best, as the masticating action will crush the seeds).
- You should strain the grape juice into the cheesecloth if you’re using a blender.
- The container in the fridge in a big mason jar, which should last 1 week.
Drink at least one cup of this grape juice if you feel a migraine coming from it. You can make the juice and freeze it in 1-cup portions in mason jars if you want to make it ahead of time.

- 2 medium-sized beets, peeled
- 1 cucumber
- 1 bunch of kale
- 2 apples
- 1 carrot
- 1 lemon, skinned
- 2 inches of new root ginger
- Run all the above ingredients through a juicer and instantly enjoy them.
- After that, drink with an empty stomach once a day.
5.To help the liver remove toxins -> drink ginger and turmeric coconut milk before bed!
You can use either fresh turmeric root or powder, for the recipe. I still like new, although I think it tastes better, if you just have some powder, it’s all right.
- 1 tablespoon grated organic turmeric root (or 1 teaspoon powdered)
- 1 tablespoon of coco oil
- Coconut milk 2 cups (fresh or canned)
- Small piece (about 1 inch) of fresh ginger root, grated
- Black pepper pinch
- Optional: 1 honey teaspoon
- In a saucepan, stick all the above ingredients (except honey) and heat for approximately 5 minutes (do NOT boil!).

6. How to make your own Coconut milk – the best homemade natural remedies?
- 1 cup of (unsweetened and sulfate -free) coconut flakes or 1 mature (brown) coconut flake
- Filtered water in 1 cup
- Firstly, If you’re using coconut flakes, let them stay for 1-2 hours in 1 slice of filtered water.
- Secondly, In a high-speed blender such as the Vitamix, mix the coconut and soak water to high.
- Thirdly, strain milk into a large bowl in a nut-milk bag. Store the coconut milk in an air-tight glass container in the refrigerator. Milk is expected to last 1 week.

- If you’re using a mature, brown coconut, crack it open and extract the coconut meat. Depending on the size of the coconut, you may need to add more or less water once you start blending.

- Blend on high, and then strain in a nut-milk bag into a large bowl. Store in the fridge in an air-tight glass jar. The milk should last 1 week.
*Most importantly Note: once refrigerated, the coconut fat can accumulate on the top-you can let the milk hit room temperature, or you can re-blend before using it. Alternatively, you should even strip the fat coating off and taste a fat-free drink flavored with coconut.
